Design Competition

We are looking for someone who could re-design our entire website. To reach out to a larger audience, we've decided to organize a competition where everyone can participate.

We are only interested in whoever can help us design an entire website, not just the home page, however, to decide who would be fit for this job, we want to choose someone who can design the best home page and for the best home page design we are willing to pay $4000. The rest of the design will be discussed individually with the designer. Our budget for the entire website is in the 15-40K USD range depending on the quality and complexity of the design.
